"Absolutely love Dozier’s! Have been eating here every chance I get for many years. This place is a part of Fulshear history and I’m so glad that it’s now owned by the family again! I absolutely love their baked potato salad! So good! And that bark on the brisket is delicious, smoky, and savory! Today I had the brisket plate(moist cut for me with extra bark and a few burnt ends,) with coleslaw, green beans, all the fixins’, and of course no bbq meal is complete without that glass of sweet iced tea and a side of their fantastic banana pudding! Every employee I spoke with was respectful and had a smile on their face. This speaks volumes about the owner and the good work culture! In fact the owner stopped by my table to see how my food was and ended up having a really great conversation with him about the family history of the restaurant! They also have a patio area with live music most Saturday nights! I highly recommend you stop by Dozier’s anytime you’re in the Fulshear area for some good ol’ Texas Bbq done right! 10/10!"
"While on our family drive we came across Dozier's. We were greeted by the team and left feeling like we made life long friends. Can’t wait to try their bbq and check out their local bands. ***We cooked some of the bacon we purchased along with a filet and ribeye and lord have mercy 🤤🤤impeccable!!!"
